Friday 20 July 2018

10.20 p.m. R1 3 Success Come True (4 m Alamosa - Falaniella) - Razali Zawari (a1); has drawn barrier six of 12 in the $20,000 Class 5 1200 metres on the polytrack and carries 56kgs. Advantaged by the drop back to Class 5 company, she rates a strong top three chance.

11.20 p.m. R3 5 Gridiron (3 g Captain Gerard - Natural Lil) - Alysha Collett; has drawn barrier three of 10 in the $20,000 Maiden 1200 metres on the polytrack and carries 53kgs. Despite working well during track work , he has been disappointing on race day and would be a chance if he replicated his week's track work on race day.

11.50 p.m. R4 4 Justice Glory (3 f Fastnet Rock - Tavarnelle) - Choon Ng (a3); has drawn barrier five of 11 in the $80,000 Class 3 1400 metres on turf and carries 52.5kgs. A well bred individual, she requires firm ground to rate a top four chance.

12.20 a.m. R5 5 Spokesman (3 g Alamosa - Panthera) - Mohamad Fidaus (a1); has drawn barrier three of 11 in the $85,000 Restricted Maiden 1000 metres on the polytrack and carries 56kgs. He is looking to improve on his first up effort.

1.25 a.m. R7 3 Elite Power (4 g Sakhee's Secret - London Welsh) - Vlad Duric; has unfortunately drawn the outside barrier (12) in the $80,000 Kranji C 1100 metres on the polytrack and carries 58kgs. The draw makes it a tough ask but he rates a top four chance with luck - and does have the pilot on board to achieve that.
