Te Akau Singapore Sunday Preview
Te Akau horses racing at Kranji racecourse in Singapore, where 2015 and 2017 Premiership winning trainer Mark Walker lies second on the 2018 Trainers' Premiership with seven wins since 1 January.

Sunday 18 February

6.40 p.m. R2 6 LIM'S RHYTHM - Daniel Moor; the first runner for the stable this evening lines up in the Restricted Maiden 2&3YO WFA 1100m raced on the polytrack, drawing gate seven in the field of 11 and weighted with 57kgs. It's start number three tonight in this S$85,000 event however he has disappointed thus far and does need to improve.

7.45 p.m. R4 1 DISCRETELY RED - App Mohamad Firdaus (a1); the Kiwi owned son of Redwood takes his place in the Class 4 non-premier 1400m on the turf long course B where he unfortunately had drawn the rank outside (11 of 11).  Dropping to 56kgs with the apprentice aboard, he was a winner three starts ago however he draws awkwardly and as a result - a place chance.

10.30 p.m. R9 8 COLORADO PRINCE - Craig Grylls; sporting the Fortuna colours in this Class 4 non-premier 1600m on the turf short course B, this son of Alamosa draws nicely (4) in the capacity field of 14 starters.  Allocated 55 kgs with the Kiwi rider up, he needs to lift his game.

11.00 p.m. R10 2 SHOW FAR SHOW GOOD - Vlad Duric; the final runner for Mark Walker lines up in the Class 3 1400m on the turf short course B where he has drawn out (10) and carries 57kgs for the leading rider.  A promising galloper, this 5YO faces a field of 14 runners and presents as a top four chance.
