Te Akau track work highlights - Thursday 13 December -


Plough:

Readying to race at Ruakaka next Tuesday, Prise De Fer (D Miller) and Weaponry (C Burdan) galloped nicely over 1000 metres in 1.03.7, last 600 in 36.6.

She's Not Bad (D Miller) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.11.6, last 600 in 42.1.

Chance To Dance (J Nason) looked good galloping over 1200 metres, running the last 1000 in 1.11, home in 42. Chance To Dance builds toward racing in the $35,000 Open 1600 metres at Te Rapa on December 22.

Kylie Bax (D Miller) and Trendsetting (J Stan) paired up to gallop an easy 1000 metres in 1.11, last 600 in 41.5.

Paulownia (J Bragg) and Spirit Of Galway (J Stan) worked at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.13 quickening in the straight to finish in 42.

Rock Idol (C Leveque) galloped over 1000 metres in 1.12.8, home in 41.

Duck Road (C Burdan) worked on his own at three quarter pace over 1000 metres in 1.16, last 600 in 46.

Yourdeel (C Burdan) was followed by Laurentium (D Miller) when working at three quarter pace over 1000 metres, running the last 600 in 43. Yourdeel is now ready to debut in the 2YO 1200 metres at Te Rapa on Saturday, while Laurentium aims toward kicking off in the 2YO 1100 metres at Awapuni on December 22.

Truly Remarkable (J Nason) and 2f Pierro - Gypsy Chimes (J Stan) worked along quietly at three quarter pace over 600 metres in 44. They were followed by 2f Medaglia d'Oro - Kablues (R Alam) and 3f Ekraar - Belorussiya (C Leveque) who ran similar time.
