Plough:

Amperage (Fawcett) looked good working with Gardenier (M. Grylls) over 1200 metres in 1.02, last 600 in 36. Both horses head to Tauranga on Saturday, Amperage (Zabeel) will start in the Rating 65 2100 metre event and Gardenier (Rip Van Winkle) has been nominated for the Rating 65 1600 metre event.

Vinevale (Leveque) and More Than Fast (Tan) appeared to be travelling well at the end of 1000 metres as they prepare for their weekend assignments. Vinevale (Flying Spur) has enjoyed a freshen up and will start in Rating 75 1200 metre event. More Than Fast (Fastnet Rock) has been entered for both Avondale on Friday and Tauranga on Saturday.

Alamosa Express (Bosson) worked on his own over 1000 metres in 1.09, last 600 in 39. Alamosa Express (Alamosa) has been nominated for the Avondale meeting on Friday.

Rocksun (Miller) worked over 800 metres at three-quarter pace in 59, last 600 in 44.

Fastnet Fire (Cole) worked over 1200 metres in 1.27, last 600 in 42 while Colorado Prince (Bosson) covered 1000 metres in 1.14, last 600 in 44.

Princess Davone (Cole) worked over 1000 metres, she looked sharp as she crossed the line. King Kane (McNab) was another to work over 1000 metres.

All-Weather:

Brer (Leveque) did two rounds and worked from the 1400 metres. He appeared to be travelling well at the end of his work.

2g Ocean Park - Queen Rania (Miller) and Cloudburst (McNab) were on terms at the end of 600 metres.
