An Invitation to Te Akau Owners

A week today on Friday 18 August, the Waikato Racing Club is staging its popular Group 2 Lisa Chittick Foxbridge Plate Eve cocktail party.
First inaugurated four years ago, it has featured entertaining speakers including Lee Freedman, George Simon, John Wheeler and this year, recently retired racing commentating icon Greg Miles will be the star attraction.
It is a fun evening and includes a calling of the card with a special focus on the first Group 2 race of the season, the Lisa Chittick Foxbridge Plate, which always attracts a high class field of resuming gallopers with big Spring targets. Already the connections of proven Group 1 winners Kawi and Volkstok'n'barrell have indicated that they will contest the historic event.
Te Akau Racing supports innovation in racing - and so we have purchased 50 tickets for the event - we would love to offer our Te Akau Racing owners a maximum od two tickets each to come and enjoy the evening with us. It will be "first in first served" and we look forward to seeing you there!
