Sassy ‘N' Smart's Gr. 1 gavelhouse New Zealand 1000 Guineas hopes will be decided by her next performance next Saturday.

“She'll probably go down to Trentham for the race that Xtravagant won last year,” co-trainer Jamie Richards said.  â€œIf she performs up to expectations in that, then she's likely to go down to Christchurch.”

Sassy ‘N' Smart has won two of her six starts, including last season's Listed Welcome Stakes at Riccarton during NZ Cup Week.
