Merry Christmas

It is hard to believe that Christmas Day is finally here.

The day at Te Akau always starts as any other - our lovely horses need to be worked and fed and tended - and that is a 365 day a year commitment.  There were some special extras ie carrots handed out today!

We are on the farm and celebrating with Karyn's mum and partner Jim and two of our daughters Sarah and Julia Rose.  It is an overcast day but we expect it to improve.  It will be a quiet but special day as we have Boxing Day races tomorrow!
