My Sire is on Fire

My Sire is on Fire
Only TWO shares are now available in our striking I Am Invincible colt - and if that is a stallion you might not know a whole lot about - let us tell you - he is ON FIRE!
Right now, in Australia, I Am Invincible is the top sire by wins in the past 30 days - he has recorded a super-impressive 30 winners in the last 30 days (source: breednet.com), two ahead of star stallion Northern Meteor who sits on 28 wins for the same period.
Overall, I Am Invincible is currently sitting second on the General Sires' table by winners and sixth by prizemoney.

I Am Invincible x Court Flying colt Lot 147-1

This colt is the spitting image of his exciting sire who had a magnificent Melbourne Carnival - his progeny including the dual Group 1 winner Brazen Beau and Group 1 winner I Am A Star.  He was in fact the leading Australian first season sire in 2013-14.  Other stand-outs sired by him include nine time winners Voodoo Lad and Illustrious Lad and, closer to home, the talented The Justice League.

I Am Invincible added another winner to the list when an Invincible Gem was too good when resuming at Canterbury on Thursday night with plenty more upside according to those involved.  Trained by Kris Lees, Invincible Gem was made use of from a wide gate by Brenton Avdulla and proved too strong in a tough head to head finish with debutante Artemis Rose (Lonhro x True Blonde).

"She ran in some pretty strong form races at Newcastle last preparation," explained winning trainer Kris Lees.

"She's still got a bit of improvement, she was probably out on her feet the last 100 metres and she's yet to clean up in the coat but I thought it was a good effort.  She's a nice filly by a terrific stallion and I think she's got a nice future."

Should Invincible Gem go on and live up to the expectations of her connections she'll be quite the advert for her sire as this maiden victory saw her become the first metropolitan winner in her family for at least four generations - so call it the "I Am Invincible factor".
I Am Invincible x Court Flying colt Lot 147-2

Our colt's dam is a unraced Flying Spur mare, a half sister to five-time Australian Group winner Court Command.  Like his mother, this colt looks to be a speed machine and we intend to aim him at races such as the Listed Matamata Slipper in February.  He's from an internationally “speedy” family which includes Group winners in the United States as well as Australia.

A 10% share is $21,100 plus GST or a 5% share is $10,550 plus GST - he's broken in a literally 'ready to run'.

We will parade this colt at our North Island Owners' event on Monday before we advertise him nationwide next weekend - so be quick - don't look back and wish you had!
