It was yet another winner for Te Akau Singapore trainer Mark Walker as Zac Star Destroyer was back to his vintage best when a convincing winner on Friday night at Kranji.

Now an 8YO, Zac Star Destroyer was a comfortable winner of the S$35,000 Class 5 1200 on the short course B turf track.

In the hands of Lisa Allpress with only 52 kgs on his back, the son of Cape Cross settled midfield and was patiently ridden by Lisa Allpress over the 1200m sprint ... with 200m to run it was all on and, with a beautifully timed run, Zac Star Destroyer lived up to his name and went on to claim his fifth career win by a length.

Raced by the Zac Stable, Zac Star Destroyer has now won five, been second five times, third five times and fourth five times - for $144,310 in stakes' earnings!
