Te Akau Singapore has seven horses racing on Friday 7 February at Kranji. Trainer Mark Walker ended last season (Dec. 8) with 73 wins to claim his third title as Singapore Champion Trainer, and leads the way with 13 wins this year.





11.50 p.m. R1 2 Sportscaster (6 g Fastnet Rock - Gypsy Dancer) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 7 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1600 metres on the poly track on carries 59kgs. He drops back to Class 5 and a top four contender.





12.20 a.m. R2 2 Man of Mystery (5 g All Too Hard - Black Minx) - Simon Kok (a2); drew barrier 6 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 56.5kgs. In good form, he rates a top four chance with the best apprentice on.





1.50 a.m. R5 1 Axel (4 g Darci Brahma - Josephines Fortune) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 9 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on turf and carries 59kgs. Awkwardly drawn (9) and top weight (59kgs), he is racing in good form and rates a top four chance.





1.50 a.m. R5 5 Lai Mak Mak (8 g O'Reilly - Pretty) - Vlad Duric; drew barrier 10 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on turf and carries 55kgs. Last start winner in this grade and has top four prospects again despite drawing wide (10).





2.20 a.m. R6 1 Elite Power (6 g Sakhee's Secret - London Welsh) - Ruan Maia; drew barrier 3 of 11 in the $85,000 Class 2 1400 metres on turf and carries 57kgs. Racing in good form and he rates a top four chance from the draw (3).





2.20 a.m. R6 2 Altair (4 g Zoustar - Rossarita) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 10 of 11 in the $85,000 Class 2 1400 metres on turf and carries 55.5kgs. Awkwardly drawn (10), but racing in great form and a top four contender.





3.20 a.m. R8 11 Clarton Palace (4 g Minstrel Court - Zabba) - Ismail Azhar; drew barrier 9 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1400 metres on turf on carries 52kgs. Awkwardly drawn (9), but racing well and top four prospects with luck.
