Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the eight race programme today Wednesday 10 February at Avondale.

As on Tuesday 9 February the conditions were: showery and Dead4, rail out 10 metres.

3.47 p.m. R6 8 I See Fire (3 f Encosta De Lago - Chasing Mammon) - Matt Cameron; presented on straightening she rounded off encouragingly for fifth on debut in the Maiden 3YO Fillies 1200 metres and has trained on in preparation for the Maiden 3YO 1400 metres. While difficult to assess the form, with half the field having their first start, improvement would see her running home strongly into the first four.
