11.24 a.m. R1 11Duby (4 m Ocean Park - Lost in Dubai) - Danielle Johnson; got back to last from the outside gate (12) in the Maiden 1300 metres here on 19 May, eight lengths 600m, before closing strongly for close sixth. She ran the second fastest 600m (34.3) in the race and rates a top three chance from barrier one in the $10,000 Maiden 1550 metres.
11.57 a.m. R2 12Soprano Supreme (3 f Contributer - Falsetto) - Joe Kamaruddin (a3); was good through the line from last on debut in November at Tauranga, and picked up late from back in the field when resuming on 9 May in the Maiden 1400 metres at Woodville. Prior to, she ran home well for second here at the trials on 20 April. Drawn barrier one in the $10,000 Maiden 1550 metres, she rates a top four chance with weight relief to 53.5kg.
12.32 p.m. R3 1 Baby Shark (4 g Rip Van Winkle - Bak Da Chief) - Michael Roustoby (a3); ended a winning campaign finishing third in the Rating 65 1600 metres on 31 January at Pukekohe. He ran on holding his spot for third when trialling here on 18 May and resumes in the $10,000 Rating 65 High-weight 1550 metres. With weight relief to 66kg, he rates a top three chance.
12.32 p.m. R3 4 Rhapsody in Blue (4 m Medaglia d'Oro - Kablues) - Craig Thornton; made good ground from last to finish sixth in the Rating 65 1400 metres on 9 May at Woodville, and steps up in the $10,000 Rating 65 High-weight 1550 metres. She trialled here in February and has the ability to race well from barrier three.
1.07 p.m. R4 10 Waipapa (3 f Savabeel - Hinemoa) - Danielle Johnson; freshened after two runs, she quickened home to win nicely when trialling here on 18 May. From dual stakes winning Elusive City mare Hinemoa, she requires luck from barrier 16 in the $10,000 Maiden 1300 metres.
2.17 p.m. R6 9 Highborn (3 f Savabeel - Tempo Manor) - Danielle Johnson; finished strongly for third when trialling here in April, before sixth off a wide run in the Maiden 970 metres at the inaugural meeting on 19 May. Her dam won four times to 1300 metres in Australia, and she receives a chance to improve further from barrier four in the $10,000 NZB Insurance Pearl Series Maiden 1300 metres.
2.17 p.m. R6 10 Tauparae (3 f Savabeel - Matakana) - Opie Bosson; ran fastest last 600m (33.2) on the day for third when debuting in the Maiden 1200 metres on 20 March at Tauranga. Held together behind runners, she dived through late for third when trialling here on 18 May and rates a top three chance in the $10,000 NZB Insurance Pearl Series Maiden 1300 metres (eligible $11,500 bonus).
3.29 p.m. R8 9 Ilikitt (3 f Alamosa - Miss Kitt Ann) - Danielle Johnson; tracked up behind the leaders for fourth when trialling on 11 May at Avondale, and debuts in the $10,000 Maiden 970 metres. She ran home strongly for third at the trials here on 20 April, from a good family, and look for her finding the line.
