5.28 p.m. R7 9 Chadsdale (5 g Castledale - Geeiliani) - Michael McNab; resumes off 141 days in the $25,000 Rating 75 1200 metres, with the benefit of working through the line nicely in a 1010-metre trial on 22 November at Te Teko. A winner over 1200m and 1400m, and no further back than fourth in 13 of his 18 starts, he is ideally drawn in barrier two but may find a few sharper in a very strong sprint field.
