Te Akau Ellerslie Preview

Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the nine-race programme on Saturday 10 January at Ellerslie.

As on Friday 9 January the conditions were: overcast and Good3, rail out 9 metres.

4.22 p.m. R8 1 Bronte Lass (6 m Stravinsky - Little Dorritt) - Lee Magorrian (a2); freshened after winning over a mile during cup week at Riccarton, she resumes off 54-days in the Rating 85 1600 metres. Rated 87 and top weight, she claims a couple of kilos to 57kgs. Treating the race somewhat like a trial, she will be ridden quietly in a very good field and look to run home strongly before stepping up in distance at her next start.
