Te Akau track work highlights - Friday June 6

Course proper (Slow):

Preparing to race next Wednesday 11 June at Avondale, Jewels Gift (Hercock) and Resonance (Misbah) worked over 1200 metres in 1:18.2, last 600m in 39.4. Jewels Gift (Stravinsky) is scheduled to resume over 1200 metres and Resonance steps out for his second start in the Maiden 1600 metres.

On the sand track, Skyscraper (Misbah) and 3 g Ekraar - Cape Win (Richards) worked at three-quarter pace over 800 metres.

Show No Emotion (Hercock) - also pictured winning last start, completed her prep for the Benchmark 75 1600 metres tomorrow at Te Rapa, working over 800 metres at three-quarter pace.

Redoute's Choice (Miller) went 1000 metres at three-quarter pace.

Davey Ellis pace worked the promising colt Sequitur (2 c High Chaparral - Deduction) and was reported to be pleased with his progress.

On the two-year-old grass track, Jimmy Rea (Richards) worked over 600 metres.
