Te Akau trackwork highlights - Friday 26 July - reverse direction - 

Course Proper: 

Melody Belle (O Bosson) galloped nicely over an easy 800 metres, home in 40.5. She was followed by Luminous (T Harris) who ran similar times. 

Te Akau Shark (O Bosson) and Burgundy Belle (O Bosson) also galloped nicely (on their own) over an easy 800 metres, running the last 600 in 40.5.

 

No.2 Sand: 

Phantom Witness (D Montes de Oca) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres, running the last 400 in 29. 

High Achiever (M McNab) galloped over an easy 800 metres, last 400 in 26. Ginger Too (C Burdan) and You're Welcome (C Burdan) also worked over an easy 800 metres (separately), and ran home in similar time. 

Laureate (D Miller) galloped over an easy 800 metres, last 400 in 27.5. Savy Yong Blonk (T Harris) also worked over 800 metres and ran similar time. 

Zareeba (T Harris) and Shezathinka (J Kamaruddin) paired up to gallop nicely over an easy 800 metres, final 400 in 27.2.

Amarelinha (A Jones) and 2f Redoute's Choice - Everswindell (D Montes de Oca) worked at three quarter pace over 400 metres in 31. They were followed by 1f Pins - Queen Of Lions (A Handley) who ran similar time. 

Lucky Shark (D Miller) looked great working at three quarter pace over 800 metres, finishing off the last 400 in 30. 

2f Rip Van Winkle - Frivolous (A Jones) galloped nicely over an easy 600 metres, home in 27.

1f Makfi - Sopra Tutto (A Handley), 1f Darci Brahma - Distinctive Lass (A Jones), 1g Pins - Pokuru Boxer (D Montes de Oca), 1c More Than Ready - Costarosa (M McNab), 1c Bull Point -Dollhouse (D Miller) and Perfect Scenario (C Burdan) all worked in single file at three quarter pace over 400 metres, running home in 29.
