Travelling Foreperson

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and hard-working Travelling Foreperson, based within New Zealand and/or Australia. The applicant must have extensive racing stable experience, and be a highly skilled in riding track work, including timed gallops. 

You will be well respected in the industry for your professionalism, your experience and your attention to detail.  Your referees will speak glowingly of your work ethic, your integrity and your ability to be a team-player.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about producing elite racehorse performance, has exceptional communication skills, high standards and who enjoys working with a large and diverse team. Values and culture, with our focus on results through excellence and team work is very important to Te Akau.

Trackwork Rider, based in Christchurch

Te Akau Racing, one of New Zealand's leading racing stables is looking for a highly skilled Trackwork Rider, based in Christchurch. The applicant must be a highly experienced trackwork rider, and be able to ride timed gallops.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about producing elite racehorse performance, has a great work ethic and enjoys working with a large and diverse team.
