4:00 p.m. (NZ) ~ 2:00 p.m. (Vic) R1 10 Seven Oceans (3 f Flying Artie – With Purpose) – Ben Allen; she has been given time (32 days) since experiencing a tough trip, caught three-wide on the pace, when resuming in the Maiden 1200 metres on 11 September at Seymour. Contesting the A$32,000 Maiden 3YO Fillies 1200 metres, she finds the opportunity to improve but will require a heap of luck from her outside gate (17). NZ TAB fixed odds: $6.00 & $2.25.

4:30 p.m. (NZ) ~ 2:30 p.m. (Vic) R2 9 Veomas (3 c I Am Invincible – Midnight Revels) – Ben Allen; he ran home well after being caught wide in a jump out on 29 September at Cranbourne, and resumes in the A$32,000 Maiden 1450 metres. He showed ability last season and rates a top three chance from barrier one. NZ TAB fixed odds: $1.70 & $1.10.
