Te Akau track work highlights - Wednesday July 30 -

Course proper, right-handed (Slow):

Abidewithme (Hercock) and Rapid Gain (Miller) galloped over 1000 metres in 1:07.2, last 600m in 37.9.

Two-year-old grass track:

Bordeaux (Richards) and Rockfast (Miller) cut out 800 metres in 51.6, last 600m in 37.3. Duran (Hercock) and Prince Henry (Samuelsson) worked over 800m in 56.3, last 600m in 37.9. Astrid (Richards) and 2 f Minstrel Court - La Conga (Samuelsson) went 800m in 58.1, last 600m in 38.9.

Sand track:

Urban Angel (Allen) went an easy 1000 metres in 1:11.8, last 600m in 40.5.

Three-quarter pace on the sand track:

Chambord (Miller) worked solo over 1000 metres, as did Longbeach (Roff) and Show No Emotion (Hercock). Bronte Lass (Hercock) went over 800 metres

800 metres three-quarter pace on the two-year-old grass track (Slow):

Sonsy (Samuelsson) was partnered by 2 f Savabeel - Mezaire (Richards), Cathedral Cove (Richards) and Latin Rose (Roff). Bon Marche (Myers) went solo, as did Madam Jamai (Hercock).
