Plough:
Urban Angel (Dee - pictured) worked over 1000 metres in 1:03.8, last 600m 36.4, in preparation for the Benchmark 85 1600 metres on Saturday at Ellerslie.
Te Akau has a big team trialling next Tuesday, Oct. 29, at Te Aroha, including the following that worked over 1000 metres:
Maestro (Lang) and Highly Likely (Miller) 1:05.7, 36.2, Natalie (Hercock) and 3 g King's Chapel - Effortlessly (Dee) 1:06.1, 36.3, Cajero (Miller) and Red on Black (Lang) 1:02.8, 36.8, Riverenza (Dee) and Stylee (Hercock) 1:06, 36.43, 3 g Keeper - Alicante Bouchet (Dee) and 3 f Zabeel - Thistle Cove (Hercock) 1:05.7, 37.7.
Secret Whisper worked over 1400 metres at three-quarter pace. Also at three-quarter pace, Clos De Tart (Ellis) went 1000 metres. 2 f Any Suggestion - Spanish Lullaby (Miller) and 2 f Encosta De Lago - Mexican Rose (Lang), Virtuous (Lang) and 2 f Saperavi - Zorina (Miller) went 800 metres.
