Te Akau trackwork Monday highlights - 15 September -

Course proper (Slow 9 reverse way):

Chambord (Lammas - main picture four weeks ago) & Abidewithme (Hercock) went 1200 in 1:22.3 and their last 600m 37.7. It was good work from both horses with Abidewithme on the ballot for the Group 1 Windsor Park Plate (1600m). Chambord will head back to Hawke's Bay where he came from near last to run second to the progressive Ryan Mark (Thorn Park) on the first day of the canival.

Alchemy's Flight (Miller) & Osmunda (Zainal) went 1200m in 1:24.9 and their last 600m in 39.3. The pair will both head to Taupo on Friday to get their spring preparations under way.

Opulent (Lammas) and Darci's Dream (Hercock) ran 1200m in 1:24.25 and ran their last 600 metres in 38.4. Opulent who was beaten a nose and a nose into third at Taupo on 20 August will head back to the same venue this Friday while Darci's Dream is scheduled to travel south to tackle the Listed Canterbury Stakes (1200m) at Riccarton on Saturday.

Madame Jamai (Miller) & Bronte Lass (Zainal) went 600m in 41.1. Madame Jamai returns to Taupo this Friday where she ran second on 20 August. Bronte Lass is scheduled to also travel south with Darci's Dream and is likely to race at Riccarton on Saturday.

Sonsy (Hercock) & Prince Henry (Lammas) went 1:24.15 for the 1200m and 39.3 for the 600 metres. Both have impressed at the trials and both set to make their debut at Taupo on Friday.

No Tricks (Miller) went solo over a 1000 metres in 1:13.4 and the last 600 39.5 and will is entered to run at Avondale on Wednesday.
