Te Akau New Zealand has two horses racing on Thursday 21 March at New Plymouth.
As on race morning the conditions were: fine and Good3, rail out 11 metres. Showers forecast Wednesday & Thursday afternoon.
12.45 p.m. R1 1 Beau Geste (4 g Pour Moi - Villa Wanda) - Dylan Turner; claimed on the line when resuming in the Maiden 1600 metres on 17 February at Gisborne, and brave in third a week later in the Maiden 2100 metres at Wairoa. He brings the right form to rate a top three chance from barrier three in the $10,000 Maiden High-weight 2000 metres.
1.55 p.m. R3 8 Enduring Love (3 f Camelot - Holy Moly)

given time (34 days) since finishing fourth in the NZB Insurance Pearl
Series Maiden 1350 metres on 15 February at Wanganui, after racing solidly in
some strong fields. She again strikes a field with decent form in the $10,000
Maiden 1200 metres, but rates amongst them as a top three prospect from barrier
five.
