Te Akau NZ Paeroa Preview

Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered during the seven-race programme for the Waikato Racing Club on Monday September 2 at Paeroa.

As at 7:34am on Thursday Aug. 29 the conditions were: cloudy and Heavy10, rail true.

2:00pm R3 6 Goosebumps (9 g Istidaad - Raewyn's Polly) - Daniel Miller (a3); finished seventh on Aug. 24 when making his debut over bigger fences in the Maiden Steeplechase 4150 metres at Ellerslie, with this rider aboard. The prospect of heavy footing should again meet with his appreciation and another encouraging performance in the 4000-metre steeplechase will act as an ideal precursor to National Jumps Day on Sunday Sept. 29 at Te Rapa.
