Course proper (Dead):

All Decked Out (Dee) and King's Rock (Hercock) worked over 1000 metres on 1:07.4, last 600 in 38.

Secret Whisper (Hercock) and Sovereign Rose (Dee) came in from the mile marker with 1200 metres in 1:18.6, final 600m in 36.7. They are scheduled for the Benchmark 75 2000 metres next Thursday, Dec. 5, at New Plymouth.

Osmunda (Hercock) and Rapid Gain (Dee) went over 1200 metres in 1:21.4, last 600m in 38.1. Both last start winners; Osmunda is will step out again in the next couple of weeks ahead of a possible tilt at the Royal Stakes (Gr. 2, 2000m) on Jan. 1 at Ellerslie, and Rapid Gain is being prepared to race next week at New Plymouth.

In a solo gallop on the grass, Riverenza (Hercock) ran 1200 metres in 1:23.8, last 600m in 38.4, as she too prepares to resume over a mile at New Plymouth.

Three-quarter pace work on the sand track:

Bronte Lass (Dee) worked over 1200 metres, Persia (Hercock) 1000m, Abidewithme (Hercock) 800m, Sir Darci 800m.
