Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the eight-race programme on Tuesday Dec. 31 at Stratford.

2:56pm R5 3 Precious Time (6 m Stravinsky - Ana Zeel) - Mick Dee (a2); resumes from a 430-day break after receiving a minor tear to a tendon when galloped on in her last race on Oct. 27, 2012, at Ellerslie. Following a patient build up, she is ready to resume in the Benchmark 85 1480 metres. Already an impressive winner over a mile, and 2200 metres, she has always acted in a fresh state previously and while treating this race a bit like a trial her quality should provide some positive indicators to what lies ahead.
