Te Akau Otaki Thursday Preview

Te Akau New Zealand has two horses racing on Thursday 7 November at Otaki.

1.17 p.m. R1 4 Romantic Lady (3 f Power - Romantic Time) - Rosie Myers; trialled solidly before presenting well and racing accordingly when third on debut and freshened after a subsequent second in August at Ruakaka. Trialled on 23 October at Te Teko, she resumes in the $10,000 Maiden 3YO 1200 metres and appears ideally placed to threaten. 

3.02 p.m. R4 8 Vino Bella  (3 f Burgundy - Pinstinct) - Rosie Myers; attacked the line strongly when winning the NZB Insurance Pearl Series Maiden 1000 metres on 10 October at Tauherenikau, where she also collected an $11,500 bonus, and eligible again for the bonus in the $10,000 NZB Insurance Pearl Series Rating 65 1200 metres. Ideally drawn (3), her determined manner should make her competitive in this grade.
