Te Akau New Zealand has two horses racing on Thursday 26 November at Otaki.

12.51 p.m. R2 10 Imperatriz (2 f I Am Invincible - Berimbau) - Danielle Johnson; made up a lot of ground for second at her sole trial on 5 November at Matamata, and debuts in the $22,500 2YO 1100 metres. She has a terrific pedigree, however has drawn the outside (10) but look for her rounding off strongly. 

3.11 p.m. R6 9 Burgundy Belle (5 m Burgundy - Spin ‘N Grin) - Samantha Collett; produced strong efforts for second and third, respectively, before being held up after trailing in the Legacy Lodge Sprint (Listed, 1200m) on 7 November at Te Rapa. Bringing a strong race record, she can prove competitive with the right trip from barrier eight.
