Ideally drawn (2) in $12,000 Maiden 3YO 1200 metres, she has weight relief to 53.5kg, and rates a top four chance.

3:19 p.m. R6 6 Prismatic (3 g Savabeel - Kaleidoscope) - Joe Kamaruddin (a2); sustained a strong finish after tracking up widest from rear when debuting in a Maiden 1200 metres on 22 December at New Plymouth, and steps up in the $12,000 Maiden 1400 metres. With weight relief to 55kg, he rates a top three prospect if able to overcome draw (11).

4:29 p.m. R8 2 The Mighty Spar (4 g Savabeel - O'Dianne) - Joe Kamaruddin (a2); got back and ran home well in a leader dominated Rating 65 1400 metres on 11 December at Te Rapa, before posting the fastest last 600m (35.4) when second in a Rating 65 1560 metres on 28 December at Rotorua. Contesting the $12,000 Rating 65 1600 metres, he has weight relief to 58kg, and rates a top three chance with decent trip from barrier nine.
