9:45 p.m. (NZ) ~ 7:45 p.m. (Vic) R5 3 Gruzamba (3 g Grunt – Wazamba) – Ethan Brown; he ran home strongly down the outside for second in a trial on 24 February at Cranbourne, when ridden by Brown, and resumes in the A$40,000 Class 1 1100 metres. He justified favouritism with an impressive debut victory in October, also with Brown aboard, and spelled following a good effort for sixth in his subsequent start down the straight at Flemington.
