Te Akau New Zealand has one horse racing on Friday 21 October at Pukekohe.

2.47 p.m. R5 12 Princess Davone (4 m Iffraaj - Nikey Davone) - Jasmine Fawcett (a4); was fifth throughout when producing a nice first up trial, won by triple Group One winner Turn Me Loose (Iffraaj), in the fastest (59.8) of two Open heats over 1000 metres on Slow9 at Avondale, and resumes off 181 days in the Rating 75 1200 metres. Te Akau apprentice Jasmine Fawcett was aboard in the trial, reduces the weight to 50kgs, and recorded her first win here recently on rain-affected going with Zambezi Warrior (Pentire). Stakes placed five times last season, as a three-year-old, she has shown to act in a fresh state and her win came first up last season, in September at Riccarton, on slow ground over this distance.
