Te Akau Rotorua Preview

Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the eight-race programme on Friday November 7 at Rotorua.

As on Thursday Nov. 6 the conditions were: fine and Slow9, rail out 8 metres.

3.28 p.m. R5 1 Clos De Tart (5 m Darci Brahma - Rapid Kay) - Josh Oliver (a3); made ground from the rear when resuming on Oct. 16 in the Rating 75 1400 metres at Avondale. Back in grade to contest the Rating 65 1560 metres and claiming three-kilos to 56kgs, she raced solidly last spring, won both her starts on rain-affected footing and should receive a favourable trip from barrier one. A winner second up in her previous preparation, her only course attempt was a solid enough effort in stronger three-year-old company.
