11:52 p.m. R1 2 Prismatic (4 g Savabeel - Kaleidoscope) - Craig Grylls; he found the line for fifth in the Maiden 1600 metres on 8 October at Hawera, and stepped up with a notable second in the Maiden 2000 metres on 28 October at New Plymouth. He rates a top three prospect in the $14,000 Maiden 1950 metres. Fixed odds: $2.00 & $1.25.

1:02 p.m. R3 8 Excellerina (4 m Exceed and Excel - Addie Lane) - Craig Grylls; she was spelled after her debut in March, kept trying in trial on 3 November at Matamata, and resumes in the $14,000 Maiden 1230 metres. She is drawn (2) to receive an economical trip - one of two in the event for the stable. Fixed odds: $11.00 & $3.20.

1:02 p.m. R3 10 Royalz (3 f Almanzor - Lady Royale) - Warren Kennedy; she finished well for third when debuting over 1215 metres here in March, and sustained her run for third in a trial on 3 November at Matamata. She seems capable of a bold fresh-up run from barrier one in the $14,000 Maiden 1230 metres. Fixed odds: $8.00 & $2.40.

2:47 p.m. R6 6 Boomer (4 g Iffraaj - Kate Cross) - Warren Kennedy; he finished last after being caught wide near the pace in the Rating 60 1400 metres here on 27 October, then trialled on 3 November at Matamata, and seeks improvement in the $14,000 Rating 60 1560 metres. Fixed odds: $14.00 & $3.60.

3:22 p.m. R7 12 Tavernia (3 f Mongolian Khan - Chaparella) - Craig Zackey; she has been given time since trialling in August at Te Rapa, and debuts in the $14,000 Maiden 1230 metres. Her dam Chaparella (High Chapparal) was a noted strong finisher that handled give in ground, won eight races and was twice a stakes' winner over 1400 metres - the first of a stable duo contesting this race. Fixed odds: $8.50 & $2.80.

3:22 p.m. R7 13 Dame County (4 m Contributer - Dame Mapperley) - Joe Kamaruddin (a1); she was unlucky on debut and spelled in June following two sixth placings, and resumes without a trial in the $14,000 Maiden 1230 metres. From a good family, she trialled well prior to racing and is ideally drawn (2). Fixed odds: $6.50 & $2.30.

3:57 p.m. R8 11 Safura (3 f Almanzor - Corsage) - Joe Kamaruddin (a1); she ran the fastest last 600m (35.3) for third when resuming in the Maiden 3YO 1200 metres on 29 October at Matamata, and contests the $14,000 Maiden 1400 metres. She won trial here on Heavy8 as a two-year-old and rates a top three chance from barrier four - one of two in the event for the stable. Fixed odds: $3.50 & $1.50.

3:57 p.m. R8 12 Princess Jasmine (3 f Satono Aladdin - She's Insatiable) - Craig Zackey; she finished sixth when debuting on a Heavy10 track over 1200 metres in September at Matamata, found line solidly to win a trial on 3 November at Matamata, and has the opportunity to improve from barrier three in the $14,000 Maiden 1400 metres. Fixed odds: $6.50 & $2.30.

5:12 p.m. R10 14 Zakaya (3 f Reliable Man - Zarzing) - Joe Kamaruddin (a1); she made ground from a long way back in the Maiden 3YO 1200 metres on 19 October at Tauranga, trialled on 3 November at Matamata, has the blinkers on and seems capable of a bold showing in the $14,000 Maiden 1400 metres.
