Te Akau New Zealand has one horse entered for the seven-race programme on Wednesday Aug. 13 at Ruakaka.

As on Tuesday Aug. 12 the conditions were: fine and Dead5, rail out 5 metres.

3. 25 p.m. R6 7 Urban Angel (5 m Savabeel - Tutuland) - Matt Cameron; resumes off 88-days in the Benchmark 85 1400 metres, drawn barrier five in a field of six. She is a genuine performer, having finished third or better in 13 of her 20 starts and invariably goes well fresh. Given her two victories have been on dead ground over a mile, including one here, the likelihood of a solid tempo set by D'Cash Man should help her cause over 1400 metres and she is weighted to carry 2.5kgs less than her nearest rival.
