3:35 p.m. (NZ) ~ 1:35 p.m. (Vic) R3 1 The Mighty Spar (6 g Savabeel – O’Dianne) – Aaron Kuru; he finished fourth in the Galleywood Hurdle (3200m) on 1 May at Warrnambool, and was then a good second in the Hammonds Paints Steeplechase (3450m) on 30 May at Hamilton, also with Kuru aboard.
