Te Akau track work highlights - Saturday June 14
Sand track - three-quarter pace:
Highly Likely (Richards) and Redoute's Chance (Misbah) prepared for upcoming assignments when working over 1400 metres at three-quarter pace. Redoute's Chance (Redoute's Choice) makes his debut over 1600 metres on Monday at Hawera, and Highly Likely (High Chaparral), a late closer on debut at his previous start, steps up to 2200 metres on Wednesday at Te Aroha.
Resuming over 1200 metres at Hawera, My Fiancée (Hercock) went over 800 metres.
Skyscraper (Misbah) and 3 g Ekraar - Cape Win (Kilinc) worked over 800 metres, as did Sneaky Feelings (Hercock). Jimmy Rea (Richards) and 3 g King's Chapel - Sea Rhythm (Misbah) worked together over 800 metres.
Contesting the Maiden Hurdle 3100 metres on Wednesday at Te Aroha, Sunset Pass (Hercock) worked over 1600 metres.
Davey Ellis put the recently returned to training King's Rock through his paces on the trotting track and was pleased with promising two-year-old Atua in his pace work.
