Fog prevented some timing.
Course proper (Heavy):
Preparing for the Rating 75 1200 metres next Wednesday at Ruakaka, Arpeggio (Lammas) and Sir Darci (Hercock) were unable to be timed over 1000 metres, and although the footing was heavier than they prefer both riders were pleased with the work.
Latin Rose (Hercock) and Opulent (Lammas) worked over 1000m in 1:09, last 600m in 40. Both horses have been entered for Ruakaka.
Sand track:
Bordeaux (Noorman) and Scandinavian (Miller) worked together over 1000 metres in 1:04.5, last 600m in 36. Both horses worked well, ahead their assignments over 1400 metres at Ruakaka. King's Rock (Zac Syed) followed the pairing in their work.
Contesting the Rating 75 2100 metres at Ruakaka, Highly Likely (Miller) worked over a mile. He ran the final 800m in 53 and the 600m in 38.5, which was good work for a staying horse.
Star of Greenbeel (Lammas) ran an easy 1000m in 1:11, last 600m in 40. Madame Jamai (Hercock) looked good in her work over 1000m in 1:09. 3 f Mastercraftsman - Due Diligence (Noorman) worked nicely over 1000m. Hysteria Lane (Lammas) went an easy 1000m in 1:13, last 600m in 42.
Butch Cassidy (Zac-Syed) and Linchpin (Hercock) produced nice work 800m in 55, last 600m in 40.
Bettorock (Miller) went 800m in 52, last 600m in 40. Our Drahma Queen (Lammas) and 2 f Minstrel Court - Paixanito (Hercock) covered 800m, the last 600m in 40.
