Lovely staying type horses Echezeaux (M. Grylls) and Cathedral Cove (Ritchie) worked over ground. The pair ran their final 1200 in 1.22.5, their last 600 in 39.2.  Chambord (Leveque) and I See Fire (Hanafi) covered 1200 in 1.23.4, completing their final 600 in 39.5. I See Fire (Encosta De Lago) is earmarked for the Maiden 1580m at Waipa on Wednesday, to be ridden by promising apprentice Shaun McKay.  Maleficent (K. Hillis) and Saperavi filly Primrose (Fawcett) worked over 800 metres in 55, last 600 in 39.7.  Both fillies will head to Avondale to trial on Tuesday.

Spritz (Hanafi) and Vinevale (Leveque) also to head to the Avondale trials on Tuesday, galloped over 800 in 53, last 600 metres in 36. 2g Charge Forward - Imposed (Ritchie) and Coincidence (M. Grylls) ran 800 metres in 52, last 600 in 36.7. Fortuna owned fillies Its Our Showtime (Leveque) and Our Drahma Queen (Hanafi) covered 800 in 52.3, final 600 in 38.3.

Pentire 3 year old Zambezi Warrior (Ritchie) worked over ground, his final 1200 in 1.26.4, last 600 in 36.3. Affinee (Leveque) and Ebony Star (Hanafi) went 800 metres in 55, the pair running their last 600 in 40. Interstellar (M. Grylls) and a mate galloped over 800 in 50.3, last 600 in 36.2. Interstellar (Shamoline Warrior) looks to kick off her autumn campaign at the Avondale Trials on Tuesday.
