Te Akau track work highlights Saturday June 3 -

Matamata

Course Proper:

Grandeur (Tan) and The Chaser (Miller) worked over 1000 metres. They ran the last 600 in 39.8.

No. 2 sand:

Lady Pinot (K Price) travelled solo at three quarter pace over 1000 metres running the last 600 in 42.3. Visiting Te Akau Singapore trainer Mark Walker was pleased with her work.

Abbey Kay (D Miller) and Elegant D'Oro (Lammas) worked over 1000 metres in 1.04.3, last 600 in 39.2.

Esprit De Corps (K Price) worked an easy 1000 metres, running the last 600 in 41.9.

Cabaret (Tan) worked at three quarter pace over 800 metres, last 600 in 42.2.

Corporate Missile (M Grylls) and Tavis Star (Tan) paired up to work an easy 1200 metres. They ran 1000 metres in 1.10, last 600 in 40.2. They were followed by Bishop Rock (Miller) who ran similar time.

Gold Coast

Inside track:

Melody Belle (K Jones) was tracked by Jimmy Rea (J Richards) when working over 1000 metres in 1.09.4, last 600 in 39.1. Both horses worked well.

Zambezi Warrior (J Richards) travelled over an easy 1200 metres in 1.25.5, last 600 in 39.4. They were followed by Shocking Luck (K Jones) who ran similar time. Both horses pleased their riders.

Heroic Valour (J Richards) worked 1000 metres in 1.08.4, last 600 in 37.7.

All horses are set to run in their respective races at Doomben next Saturday 10 June.
