Te Akau horses racing at Kranji Racecourse in Singapore, where 2015 Trainers' Premiership winner Mark Walker again leads the Trainers' Premiership - now with 30 wins since 1 January. Note there is no Sunday fixture at Kranji this weekend.
Friday 15 April
10.20 p.m. R1 1 DREAMCATCHER - Manuel Nunes; draws five in this 14-strong field and carries joint top weight of 59kgs. His first start in Class 5, he has been a little disappointing of late but does wear blinker/pacifiers for the first time. We will be looking for big improvement now in Class 5 company and he rates a top five chance.

10.50 p.m. R2 8 WALTER'S BAY - Nooresh Juglall; draws 10 out of 10 and carries 55.5kgs. Just his second start in Singapore, didn't enjoy the heat first start but starting to better acclimatize. He gets to the 1600m in what looks to be a moderate field and he looks a top five chance.

11.20 p.m. R3 6 WE ARE GENIUS - Corey Brown; two stable representatives in this event the first has drawn gate six and carries 56.5kgs. The winner of his last start, he now goes up in grade and faces a strong field. We will assess tonight's performance and make future plans.
11.20 p.m. R3 8 COURT CASE - Oscar Chavez; the second of Mark Walker's starters in this race, the grey jumps from gate eight and carries 55.5kgs. He has been in good form overall and put in an encouraging effort last start, coming from well back in the field. Looks to have trained on nicely, he looks a top four chance.

11.50 p.m. R4 7 GABBAR - Alan Munro; the first of Mark Walker's two starters in this S$75,000 2&3YO race has drawn out at 10 and carried 57kgs. He was a touch disappointing last start but any rain around will aid his chances. With his draw and the rail right out, he will need a huge amount of luck.
11.50 p.m. R4 10 MISS WAIMATAITAI - Manuel Nunes; completing the stable double, this filly has drawn well (4) and carried 55.5kgs with the top jockey aboard. She improved last start and with the handy draw, we think she will keep improving with more experience. She will be ridden in similar vein to last start, looks to be a top five chance again.

12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R5 2 SEBROSE - Manuel Nunes; a talented galloper, he has drawn six in this S$100,000 feature event and carries 57.5kgs for Nunes. Already a Group 3 winner in Singapore, he is enjoying good form but does rise in weight here and the long course E isn't usually great for backmarkers - nonetheless, he is a top four chance in this field of nine, in which Mark Walker lines up two runners.
12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R5 9 ROCKFAST - App S Anandan (a1); he will jump from barrier three carrying 49kgs with the apprentice claim. The second of the stable's runners in this race, he is a touch out of his grade here but this race suits his programmes and with the lightweight - a top four chance.

12.50 a.m. (Saturday) R6 2 FREE HAPPY - Manuel Nunes; draws well enough at five but does have 59kgs to carry for the champion jockey. He's in good form and gets to Class 5 for the first time - a top four chance.

1.20 a.m. (Saturday) R7 3 MY LUCKY STRIKE - Manuel Nunes; draws five which Nunes, carrying 56kgs, can use to advantage for this talented galloper in this S$125,000 feature race. The stable has three starters in this, with this very promising horse the most favoured. He went a very good race last start - the 1200m is at the top of his range but he still rates a top four chance.
1.20 a.m. (Saturday) R7 6 GOLDEN SAND STEED - Alan Munro; the second of the team has also draw handily (3) and will carry just 51kgs. He has taken a while to find his form since his injury-enforced break and we will reassess after tonight's race.
1.20 a.m. (Saturday) R7 7 INDIAN JADE - Corey Brown; draws widest of the trio (7) but only carries 50.5kgs. Second up from a bleeding attack, he will likely improve from the run.

2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 2 EN CIVIL - Manuel Nunes; one of two in the last on the programme, he draws out at 12 unofrtunately and will carry 58kgs. He will need luck with the rail right out but he is in good form and rates a top four chance.
2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 12 SECRET SPICE - App CK Ng (a1); second stable runner has drawn three and with the apprentice allowance will carry 49kgs. She finds Class 4 fairly tough but she always tries hard and we will make firmer plans after tonight's run.
