Te Akau Singapore has eight horses racing on Friday 3 May at Kranji. Te Akau Singapore trainer Mark Walker currently leads the Trainers' Premiership (below) with 27 wins for the season.









10.20 p.m. R1 1 Another Show (3 g Showcasing - Tiaralae) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 8 of 14 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 60kgs. He ran a good third last time and rates a top four chance again. The first of three for the stable in this event.





10.20 p.m. R1 2 Clarton Palace (3 g Minstrel Court - Zabba) - Vlad Duric; drew barrier 3 of 14 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 60kgs. A last start winner, he is up in weight, but a top four prospect nonetheless.





10.20 p.m. R1 5 Broadway Success (3 g Alamosa - Broadway Express) - Callan Murray; drew barrier 4 of 14 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 59kgs. Another last start winner, also up in weight, but he too figures as a top four prospect.





11.50 p.m. R4 2 Aabir (4 g O'Reilly - Neraan) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 7 of 13 in the $20,000 Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 57.5kgs. He had slight setback since finishing second last time, but rates a top four chance.





12.50 a.m. R6 10 Clarton Star (3 g Highly Recommended - Annabel Rose) - Vlad Duric; drew barrier 11 of 14 in the $30,000 Class 5 1400 metres on turf and carries 57kgs. He has disappointed, but can improve with visor blinkers on.





1.20 a.m. R7 9 Keng Mak Mak (5 g Red Giant - Celtic
Class) - Harry Kasim; drew barrier 5 of 14 in the $70,000 Class 3 1200 metres
on turf and carries 55.5kgs. He needs a drop to Class 4.





2.20 a.m. R9 6 Smiling Proud (4 g Guillotine - Vitrum) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 6 of 14 in the $50,000 Class 4 1600 metres on turf and carries 57.5kgs. He improved when finishing fifth last start and rates a top four prospect.





2.20 a.m. R9 10 Black Quail (5 g Coats Choice - Sefidi)
- Glen Boss; drew barrier 10 of 14 in the $50,000 Class 4 1600 metres on turf
and carries 56kgs. Awkwardly drawn (10), but in good form to rate a top four
chance.
