Te Akau Singapore has eight horses racing on Friday 26 July at Kranji. Te Akau Singapore trainer Mark Walker continues to lead the Trainers' Premiership with 49 wins - a lead of 13. He has also posted 59 second and 43 third placings.
10.50 p.m. R1 1 Accumulation (4 g Rip Van Winkle - Vega Sicila) - MM Firdaus (a1); drew barrier 1 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1200 metres on poly track and carries 59kgs. It's his first start in Class 5 and he rates a top four chance - one of two in the race for Mark Walker.
10.50 p.m. R1 5 Dee Mak Mak (3 g O'Reilly - Best Command) - Ismail Azhar; drew the outside barrier (12) in the $30,000 Class 5 1200 metres on poly track and carries 59kgs. He has been disappointing and may be better to suited to racing in Malaysia.
11.50 p.m. R3 1 Fulife Brilliance (3 g Van Nistelrooy - Holy Sunset) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 5 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 59kgs. He went a very good race for second last start and looks a top four prospect.
12.20 a.m. R4 5 Sacred Sea (6 g Sea the Stars - Gipsy Countess) - JP Van Der Merwe; drew barrier 1 of 11 in the $50,000 Class 4 1700 metres on the poly track and carries 54kgs. He has been disappointing and also may be better to suited to racing in Malaysia.
1.20 a.m. R6 12 Sportscaster (5 g Fastnet Rock - Gypsy Dancer) - MM Firdaus (a1); drew barrier 8 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 50kgs. This gelding requires more distance and a drop back to Class 5 to again make his presence felt.
1.50 a.m. R7 9 Federation (3 g Written Tycoon - Bloomingdale Miss) - John Powell; drew barrier 3 of 12 in the $70,000 Class 3 1200 metres on turf and carries 55.5kgs. He is racing in great form with two wins and a second from his last three starts, but Lim's Dream (Duporth) looks hard to beat.
2.20 a.m. R8 7 Ancient Warrior (6 g Iffraaj - Nuance) - Nizar Noor (a4); drew the outside barrier (12) in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 51kgs. He would prefer a longer distance - one of two for the trainer lining up here.
2.20 a.m. R8 9 Heart of Courage (4 g Fastnet Rock - Myrrh) - Ismail Azhar; drew barrier 2 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 54kgs. He would too would prefer a longer distance.
