Te Akau Singapore Friday Preview

Te Akau Singapore has four horses racing on Friday 18 October at Kranji. Trainer Mark Walker leads the premiership by 21, with 69 wins this year.

1.20 a.m. R4 9 Libran Son  (3 g Burgundy - Aventura) - Alysha Collett; drew barrier 3 of 14 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on turf and carries 54.5kgs. He meets a strong field, but is ideally drawn (3) and rates a top four chance.

2.20 a.m. R6 7 Luck Mak Mak  (6 g Alamosa - Danewhisper) - Harry Kasim; drew barrier 8 of 12 in the $30,000 Class 5 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 55.5kgs. He finds the right race to rate a top four chance.

2.50 a.m. R7 6 Altair (4 g Zoustar - Rossarita) - Benny Woodworth; drew barrier 5 of 12 in the $70,000 Class 3 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 56.5kgs. With two wins from two starts in Singapore, he has to be considered among the top four prospects - one of two in the event for trainer Mark Walker.

2.50 a.m. R7 7 Sacred Don  (5 g Fastnet Rock - Donatella) - Razali Zawari (a1); drew barrier 4 of 12 in the $70,000 Class 3 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 55.5kgs. A last start winner in an easier field, he looks a place chance, up in grade.
