Te Akau horses racing at Kranji Racecourse in Singapore, where 2015 Trainers' Premiership winner Mark Walker lies second on the Trainers' Premiership - now with 44 wins since 1 January.

10.50 p.m. R2 5 Q NINE MAXIM - Manuel Nunes; he faces a field of 12 starters, has drawn barrier five and carries 55.5kgs.  In this Kranji Stakes D SW over the mile on the polytrack, he is in good form and has really improved with a long spell - he rates a top four chance.

11.50 p.m. R4 5 BULLISH LUCK - Olivier Placais; he will jump from barrier eight in this 12 strong Class 5 1000m event on the polytrack and carries 56kgs.  He needs to improve and it looks that he will undertake his future racing in Malaysia.

12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R5 4 EN CIVIL - Manuel Nunes; the first of two Mark Walker runners in this Class 4 1800m on the polytrack, he has unfortunately drawn the widest in this field (10) and will carry 56kgs.  He is enjoying good form and tries 1800m and the poly for the first time - a top four chance.

12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R5 5 ASPEN - Shafiq Rizuan; the second stable runner hasn't fared much better drawn wise - nine - one from the outside, and one inside his stablemate.  Weighted with 55.5kgs, he is a horse who always appreciates any rain.  A slight experiment with him tonight over 1800m on the poly however he is in solid form and the trainer still expects him to be a top five chance.

1.20 a.m. (Saturday) R7 3 KAM'S COMET - Manuel Nunes; the feature event on Friday's programme is this $100,000 Open Benchmark 97 over 1200m on the turf long course D.  Tactics will be important in this field of eight runners where this talented 3YO jumps from gate five and carries 56.5kgs.  He disappointed somewhat first up but he has improved fitness wise - place chance in a strong field.

2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 1 STAR GENIUS - App CK Ng (a3); the final stable rep tonight is the talented daughter of Starcraft who has drawn gate nine and carries a competitive 54kgs with the apprentice claim. She has found good form since arriving at the stable and she finds a very suitable race here - in fantastic form, she rates a winning chance.
