Te Akau horses racing at Kranji Racecourse in Singapore, where 2015 Trainers' Premiership winner Mark Walker lies second on the Trainers' Premiership - now with 43 wins since 1 January.

10.20 p.m. R1 2 PRETTY ELUSIVE - Manuel Nunes; draws the ace in the first, a 12 strong Class 5 1000m on the polytrack and will carry 57kgs.  First start for the stable, going in without a trial, first time in this class - a top four chance.

10.50 p.m. R2 9 AWATERE - Manuel Nunes; with the top jockey aboard, this Charge Forward gelding has drawn well (5) and carries just 50kgs for his second start for his Kiwi owners. One of only three 2YOs in the 2&3YO S$75,000 Initiation 1200m, he has improved with his first run under his belt, he is still acclimatising - a top five chance in the 11 strong line-up.

11.50 p.m. R4 4 THE COSMOS - Manuel Nunes; another good draw (3) for the New Zealand owned horse that has been the model of consistency in Singapore.  He carries 56.5kgs in the Class 4 1000m on the poly and fronts up against 11 combatants.  He has had a freshen up and, back to 1000m, he finds a suitable race - a top four chance.

12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R5 6 HORAZ SAMOSIR - Manuel Nunes; following on from a solid Sinagpore debut last start for this lovely staying mare, she has drawn gate three in the Class 5 1400m on the short turf course E and carries 55.5kgs in the 12 runner affair.  She went terrific first up to run second and has improved since - a top five chance.

1.50 a.m. (Saturday) R8 11 MISS WAIMATAITAI - Manuel Nunes; the capable but unpredictable mare has drawn out a touch (8) and carries 55kgs on the Class 5 1400m also on the short turf course E. In this assembly of 12 starters, barrier manners are the key to her - if she jumps well, she has found a suitable race here, she rates a top four chance.

2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 1 EN CIVIL - Shafiq Rizuan; the first of three starters in this Class 4 1600m on the short turf course E for Mark Walker carries 58.5kgs and has drawn the best of the trio (2).  He carries the top weight but is drawn nicely and, enjoying good form, he presents as a top five chance .


2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9  ASPEN - Olivier Placais; the second of the three runners in this Class 4 1600m on the short turf course E for Mark Walker carries 58.5kgs and has drawn the best of the trio (2).  Always honest in this company, however the key to his chances is definitely rain - if that comes, he rates a top five chance.


2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 6 STORM TROOPER - Manuel Nunes; this son of Tavistock is a very consistent galloper and the third of our stable reps. has drawn gate seven and carries 57kgs for the champion jockey. He has been going solid races in Class 4 company and any rain around will be an assist - a top five chance.
