12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R3 4 COURT CASE - Shafiq Rizuan; two Mark Walker runners in this Class 4 1000m on the polytrack and the first has been very solid in recent racing, in the money at his last three starts with two thirds and a runner up placing. Tonight he does however cop an awkward draw (nine of 11) and carries 56kgs. He has freshened up nicely and the trainer expects him to be a top four chance.
12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R3 5 THE COSMOS - Manuel Nunes; the second stable representative has drawn not much better (8) than his stablemate and carries 55.5kgs for the top rider. Mostly, he has been ultra-consistent in Singapore but then his form tapered off a little so it was encouraging to see his much improved fourth last start. He comes off a nice break and he goes well fresh - a top four chance.

2.50 a.m. (Saturday) R8 1 DAMON - Danny Beasley: another race featuring two stable starters, this the S$60,000 Class 4 1600m on the turf short course D where the son of O'Reilly has drawn six in the field of 12 and carries top weight of 58kgs. His last start second was very good and he is going consistent races but short course D is not an ideal track for him - nevertheless, a top four chance on current form.
2.50 a.m. (Saturday) R8 5 EN CIVIL - Manuel Nunes: the second rep. in this penultimate event on the programme doesn't know how to run a bad race and his last three starts underline that fact with two seconds and a third placing. He has drawn gate nine and carries 56.5kgs - in top form but a tricky draw - top four chance.

He drops to Class 4 but the key to him is rain - one of two in the race for the team, his chances will be enhanced should the rain come.
