Friday 4 November

11.50 p.m. R2 7 LIM'S SIGNATURE - Vlad Duric; Has drawn 10 of 10 in the Restricted maiden 2&3YO WFA 1000m on the polytrack.  With a stake of S$75,000, and carrying 57kgs, the 3YO son of Swiss Ace is second up tonight and will take benefit from further experience and time to acclimatise.

12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R3 7 ASPEN - App CK Ng (a3); carries just 50kgs with the apprentice claim in this Class 4 1200m on the turf long course D, where he has drawn nicely (5 of 11).  A horse who is assisted by any rain, he is now getting down in the ratings now and probably needs to find his way to Class 5 to feature - but if it rained he could be an upset chance.

12.50 a.m. (Saturday) R4 2 MISS WAIMATAITAI - Manuel Nunes; we make no secret of how cantankerous this mare can be but if she puts it all together, she can show that very solid form that we have seen from her last three starts where she has two thirds and a strong last start second.  In this Class 5 1400m on the turf long course D, she has unfortunately drawn 12 of 12 and will carry 56.5kgs for the top jockey.  She been very consistent but the draw is a hindrance - with any luck from out there, she could be a top three chance.

1.50 a.m. (Saturday) R6 9 READY FORTUNE - App CK Ng (a3); carries just 50.5kgs with the apprentice allowance but has drawn awkwardly at 11 of 12 starters for the Class 5 1600m on the polytrack.  He is now an older horse and will soon continue his racing career in Malaysia.

2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R7 5 VIVIANO - Manuel Nunes; a very capable galloper, he has won three of his last five starts for the Raffles' racing team and tonight has drawn the ace in a nine-strong Kranji Stakes A field under set weights over 1200m on the turf long course D.  Carrying a competitive 54kgs in the S$125,000 feature, he has had a terrific season and will spell after tonight - this is his toughest test to date - good form, a top four chance.

3.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 9 BRAHMS AND LISZT - App CK Ng (a3); a hardy veteran, he will jump from barrier 12 of 12 starters in the Class 4 1200m on the turf long course D.  On his side however is the featherweight of 49kgs in this S$60,000 final race on the programme but he may be looking for Class 5 to again be competitive.
