Friday 3 July
10.50 p.m. R2 4 Damon (3 g O'Reilly - Pretty) - Shafiq Rusof (a1); drew barrier four of thirteen in the $75,000 Maiden 1200 metres on the turf long course E and carries 56kgs. On debut, he will take improvement from the run and as he steps in distance but still rates a top four chance from a good barrier - one of two in the race for Te Akau.
10.50 p.m. R2 11 Aguila Azteca (3 f Minstrel Court - La Conga) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier eight of thirteen in the $75,000 Maiden 1200 metres on the turf long course E and carries 55.5kgs. Having no luck with barrier draws, and drawn wide again, she is racing well and still rates a top four chance with luck in running.

11.20 p.m. R3 1 Prince Mag (6 g Zamindar - Princess D'Orange) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier eight of ten in the $38,000 Kranji D 2200 metres on the turf long course E and carries 57kgs. Bounced through his winning run last Sunday in great style and should not be affected by the quick backup, being an older and more mature horse. Stepping from 1800m to 2200m with the same rider aboard, he rates a top four chance in a race where a good tempo should suit - one of two in the race for Te Akau.
11.20 p.m. R3 5 King Savinsky (4 g Savabeel - Lynisky) - Shafiq Rusof (a1); drew barrier seven of ten in the $38,000 Kranji D 2200 metres on the turf long course E and carries 54.5kgs. Hope is that he begins well to take up handy position and he rates a top three chance if able to do so.

He will be patiently ridden and look to find the line strongly. A win could possibly see him contest the $1,150,000 Singapore Derby (Singapore Gr. 1, 2000m) next Sunday.

12.50 a.m. (Saturday) R6 5 Fiscal Wings (6 g Fusaichi Pegasus - Cashier) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier one of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Class 5 1200 metres on the polytrack and carries 58kgs. He has struck form in this class of race previously and with the leading rider aboard, from the ace draw, there are factors in his favour - one of two in the race for Te Akau.
12.50 a.m. (Saturday) R6 11 Zac Gallant (5 g Darci Brahma - Clermont Rose) - Mohd Zaki (a1); drew the outside barrier of fourteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Class 5 1200 metres on the polytrack and carries 51.5kgs. Has gone some useful races and although tough from the widest gate he does carry a light weight.

1.20 a.m. (Saturday) R7 7 My Lucky Strike (3 g Charge Forward - Hanna Rossa) - Manoel Nunes; drew the outside barrier of seven in the $125,000 Kranji A 1000 metres on the polytrack and carries 52kgs. He resumed in great form with a win and now faces A-grade. He has looked good coming through the ranks - winning five of his six starts - but meets top quality seasoned sprinters. With luck in running he rates a top three chance.

1.50 a.m. (Saturday) R8 8 Eatons Gold (6 g Jet Spur - Road Ranger) - Choon Ng (a4); drew barrier three of fourteen (12 run) in the $80,000 Class 3 1000 metres on the poly track and carries 49.5kgs. He has freshened nicely for this, and carries a light weight, but does meet a very strong field.

2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 5 Home Run Hero (3 g Purrealist - Amatila) - Shafiq Rusof (a1); drew the outside barrier of fourteen (12 run) in the $60,000 Class 4 1200 metres on the turf long course E and carries 54.5kgs. Having his first start in Singapore, and judging by his Australian form, winning over a mile on a wet track, he may be better placed over more ground. He will get back and look to see him running home nicely before stepping up.
