The 2015 Champion Singapore Trainer and Trainers' Premiership winner, the Akau's Mark Walker (who finished third on the 2016 Trainers' Premiership) has trained 21 winners this season and currently leads the Trainers' Premiership.

11.20 p.m. R1 3 MISS WAIMATAITAI - Shafiq Rizuan; a difficult mare but the rider knows her well and should be wise to her tendencies! In the Class 5 1200 on the polytrack she has drawn handily (2 of 11) and will carry 57kgs. She is back to this grade which suits her but her jumping well is crucial - top four chance.
11.50 p.m. R2 10 HONOR - Gerald Mosse; start number three for this 3YO daughter of Rip Van Winkle in the Restricted Maiden 2&3YO WFA 1400m on the turf long course C. She draws three of 12 and carries 55.5kgs for this S$75,000 assignment. She steps to 1400m and you will start to see her improve over ground - top five chance.
12.20 a.m. (Saturday) R3 2 HELLO MICHELLE - Shafiq Rizuan; two for Mark Walker in the Class 4 1200m on the polytrack - the first is this talented daughter of Minstrel Court who jumps from barrier one and carries 56.5kgs. She is in good form - top four chance.
12.20 a.m. R3 7 SHOW FAR SHOW GOOD - Gerald Mosse; the second for the stable draws out (10) and carries 54kgs in this field of 12. He has been disappointing so far and needs to improve.
1.20 a.m. (Saturday) R5 9 HIDDEN PROMISE - App MM Firdhaus (a1); a last start winner, he jumps midfield (6 of 12) for this Class 4 1400m on the turf long course C and carries only 50.5kgs with the claim. This race is much tougher - place chance.
2.20 a.m. (Saturday) R7 1 GANNET - Gerald Mosse; a two-pronged attack for Mark Walker in the Class 4 1900m on the polytrack. The first has drawn barrier six and carries 57kgs on the back of an improved run for 4th last start. He went an better race last time and 1900m suits - top five chance.
2.20 a.m.(Saturday) R7 2 TURQUOISE KING - Manuel Nunes; an older horse now but his recent form is solid and he has the coveted ace draw in this 11 strong field where he carries 57kgs. He is in good form, distance a bit of a query - top four chance.
2.50 a.m. (Saturday) R8 EN CIVIL - Gerald Mosse; this 6YO has drawn well (2) in this field of 12 starters for the Class 4 1200m on the polytrack, carrying 56kgs. He is an older horse now but in solid form - top five chance.
3.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 2 ASPREY - Shafiq Rizuan; a nightmare draw (13 of 14) for this last start winner in the Class 4 1400m on the turf long course C where he carries 56kgs. One of two runners for the stable, this is a tougher grade - top five chance.
3.20 a.m. (Saturday) R9 9 MOMENT OF JUSTICE - Gerald Mosse; the second for Mark Walker and the last for the meeting has drawn gate eight and is weighted with only 53.5kgs. A place chance as he is looking for more distance.
