5.50 p.m. R1 2 King Savinsky (4 g Savabeel - Lynisky) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier ten of twelve in the $38,000 Kranji D 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 58kgs. Drawn wide, he will be allowed to settle off the gate and run home as a place chance. Whatever he does in the race, improvement will come from it.

6.20 p.m. R2 5 Jimmy Rea (3 g Thewayyouare - Maureen Terese) - Manoel Nunes; drew the outside barrier of fourteen (12 run) in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 57kgs. He has trained on nicely and with this rider aboard the hope is for him to run well despite the wide draw.

6.50 p.m. R3 1 Eclair Sensation (5 g Street Sense - Aristocracy) - Manoel Nunes; drew barrier five of eleven in the $60,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 58kgs. He has trained on nicely and with luck in running could finish in the first five from a good draw - one of two in the race for Te Akau.

6.50 p.m. R3 5 Soul Commander (6 g Commands - Bartolomeo) - Michael Rodd; drew barrier ten of eleven in the $60,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 56.5kgs. He has drawn wide, but has a champion Australian jockey to find a handy position and hopefully finish in the first five.
7.20 p.m. R4 5 Mala Mala (4 g Any Suggestion - Waitui Belle) - Corey Brown; drew barrier eight of thirteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Maiden 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 56.5kgs. Racing consistently in similar fields, the horse is bright and capable of finishing top four with a decent trip - one of two in the race for Te Akau.

7.20 p.m. R4 10 Regal Salute (5 g King's Chapel - Spring Dancer) - Harry Kasim (a1); drew barrier nine of thirteen (12 run) in the $35,000 Maiden 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 53.5kgs. He strikes quite a strong maiden field and may require weaker competition to threaten.
7.50 p.m. R5 7 Single Act (5 g Bachelor Duke - Consumer) - Rawali Zawari (a3); drew barrier three of eleven in the $38,000 Kranji D 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 52kgs. May require dropping back to Class 5 in order to prove more competitive, and although he has ability can be a bit unpredictable.

8.25 p.m. R6 6 Aspen (4 g Alamosa - Kirin Belle) - Harry Kasim (a1); drew barrier five of nine in the $100,000 Benchmark 83 1200 metres on the poly track and carries 50kgs. Trainer Mark Walker reports the horse to have freshened nicely since his last start win and although rising in class he has drawn favourably and carries a light weight to rate a top four chance.

11.05 p.m. R11 1 Bazinga (7 g Fastnet Rock - La Campenalla) - Razali Zawari (a3); drew barrier three of twelve in the $60,000 Class 4 1100 metres on the poly track and carries 55kgs. Now back in Class 4, he ran a very good second last time out and presented into the clear at the right time can see him figure prominently at the finish.
