5:30 p.m. R2 1 Gun (3 g Extreme Choice – Myrtle Turtle) – Ronnie Stewart; drew barrier 4 of 12 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on poly track and carries 57kg. Second-up after a nice debut second, he rates a top three chance from barrier four.
5:30 p.m. R2 5 China Pearl (3 g Ardrossan – Indian Sky) – Fadzli Yusoff (a2); drew barrier 6 of 12 in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden 1200 metres on poly track and carries 55kg. Making his debut, he trialled well, and will gain plenty from the run.
6:30 p.m. R4 6 Rocky (5 g El Roca – Anthology) – Zyrul Azman (a2); drew barrier 6 of 11 in the $50,000 Class 4 1700 metres on poly track and carries 53kg. He continues to race well, is a genuine player and has first four claims.
7:00 p.m. R5 8 Commander (3 g U S Navy Flag – Quest) – Ibrahim Mamat (a3); drew barrier 1 of 12 in the $20,000 Maiden 1400 metres on turf and carries 48kg. He pulled up lame last start, but has been fine in a trial since and rates a top four chance.
8:00 p.m. R7 7 Elliot Ness (6 g Written Tycoon – Walk With Attitude) – Zyrul Azman (a2); drew barrier 1 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1100 metres on poly track and carries 50.5kg. He had the run of the race last time for second, has drawn the ace, and is expected to go well.
9:00 p.m. R9 4 Charminton (5 g Charm Spirit – Sarzana) – Yusoff Fadzli (a2); drew barrier 7 of 12 in the $50,000 Class 4 1200 metres on turf and carries 56kg. He should be able to position well and looks a top four prospect.

9:30 p.m. R10 4 Luxury Brand (4 g Charm Spirit – Miss Gucci) – Yusoff Fadzli (a2); drew barrier 8 of 12 in the $70,000 Class 3 1200 metres on poly track and carries 53.5kg. He made up a lot of ground last time and all four of his wins have come over 1200 metres.
